用comand mode或RUN 輸入:

at 12:00 shutdown -r -t 30

說明:
at **:**(時間,24小時格式) shutdown -r(重新開機) -s(關機) -t(倒數幾多秒) -f(強制關閉執行中的應用程式)

想取消工作輸入:
at /delete
